After hearing the arguments this Court has granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety of Rs.40,000/- (Forty thousand Rupees only) with PR Bond in the like amount. The applicant/accused persons have furnished the requisite surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
