SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR.B.A.NO. 1340/2025 REGARDING GHULAM QADIR AND OTHERS U/S: 401, 398, 324, 353, 337-H2, 34, PPC CRIME NO. 33/2025 PS LODRA  

                        Whereas the applicant/ of accused 1. Ghulam Qadir s/o Nizamuddin and 2. Salaluddin s/o Suhrab both by caste Bharchond, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 401, 398, 324, 353, 337-H2, 34, PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicant/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (thrity thousand ) each and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 30,000/- (thrity thousand ) each for appearance before concerned court.
