WHEREAS, the above named applicant/accused was remanded to your jail under the warrant Court of Civil Judge and J.M-I, Kotdiji convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Ghulam Mujtaba Jakhar Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state this Court ordered that the applicant/accused named above be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court and whereas the said applicant/accused named above has /have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
