                 Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties has ordered to release the applicants/accused namely Ali Bux S/o Haji Soomar and Hajjan S/o Meenhon Khan both by caste Chandio on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand rupees) each and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.
              And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Soomar S/o Ali Bux Chandio R/o village Peer Tarho, Taluka & District Dadu.
               You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused Ali Bux S/o Haji Soomar and Hajjan S/o Meenhon Khan both by caste Chandio from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if they are no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bonds from them in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each and submit such P.R bonds before this Court. The applicants/accused be directed to attend the trial Court.
