Whereas, below-named convicted prisoner has been acquitted by the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad vide Order dated 23.10.2025 passed in Criminal Petition No. 538 of 2020 Re-Abdul Jabbar V/S The State (arising out of below-mentioned case/crime). Therefore, you are, hereby directed to release the below-named convict prisoner forthwith in the case/crime mentioned-below, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime. If the custody of the prisoner is shifted to some other prison, then this Release Writ be forwarded to the concerned jail authorities for immediate compliance, under intimation to this Court.
