Whereas, the applicants/accused named below has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 05.12.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1672/2025, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re- Gulzar Janwri & another V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 402, 399, 324, 353, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.394/2025 of PP Saddar Kamber, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicants/accused have been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bonds, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
