                   Whereas accused namely Abid Hssain s/o Nizamuddin Pitafi, whom you hold in your jail custody in the above mentioned case/crime and this court has granted the bail of accused subject to furnishing surety in Rs.30,000/-. The required surety has been furnished by the accused and Deponent namely Mumtaz Ali s/o Nizamuddin, by caste Pitafi, r/o village Jado Pitafi, Taluka Daharki District Ghotki, has filed affidavit a/w Saving Certificates of Rs.30,000/- for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
                   You are hereby required to release the above named accused forthwith if he is no more required any other case/crime, after taking PR bond in Rs.30,000/- for his appearance before this court on 01.04.2024.
