SUBJECT:     ACQUITTAL INTIMATION OF ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. S-18/2023 REGARDING ABDUL GHANI AND 02 OTHERS U/S 302, 337-H (II), 114, 148, 149-PPC CRIME NO. 05/2012 OF P.S 20-MILES.

                        WHEREAS, this Court convicted and sentenced accused 1.Abdul Ghani S/O Shaman, 2.Zamir @ Zamir Ali @ Ranjhan S/O Shaman, 3.Imtiaz Ali @ Imtiaz S/O Abdul Ghani all by caste Mangnejo vide Judgment dated 10.05.2023. The accused 1.Abdul Ghani S/O Shaman, 2.Zamir @ Zamir Ali @ Ranjhan S/O Shaman, 3.Imtiaz Ali @ Imtiaz S/O Abdul Ghani all by caste Mangnejo preferred appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana. The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has been pleased to “acquit the all three accused from the charge by way of compromise.” Vide Judgment dated 25.03.2024 passed in criminal appeal No.S-18 of 2023, directions have been issued to this Court to release accused forthwith, if they are no more required in any other custody case.

                        YOU ARE, therefore, directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime.
