Whereas in the below mentioned case/crime, the learned counsel for the above named accused filed Cr. Bail Application NO D-09/2024 before Honorable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana which was allowed subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two hundred thousand rupees only) and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court, as accused have furnished required surety, which is provisionally accepted today.
You are hereby directed to release the below named accused forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime with direction to below named accused to appear before this court on the date of hearing viz:.04.04.2024 at 8.30 am. The P.R Bond to be obtained and submit the same before this Court on or before the date of hearing without fail.
