The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. SUBJECT:            RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED JAWED S/O HAJI MAKORANI, IN CRIME NO. 126/2023 U/S: 380, 457 PPC, OF PS B. SECTION TANDO ADAM.

 

                              Whereas the bail has been granted to the above named applicant/accused by this court in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned crime/case, subject to furnishing the required surety.

                             And whereas the required surety in the sum of Rs:20,000/- has been furnished by the above named applicant/accused to the satisfaction of this court which is accepted accordingly.

                             You are, therefore hereby required to release the above named applicant/accused in the above crime forthwith (if he is not required in any other custody case by any court). The accused be directed to appear before this court on 08.04.2024 at 08:30 am. The P.R Bond of the accused (attached herewith) be returned to this Court after obtaining signature /L.T.I of accused thereon.
