Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused HAIDER S/O MUHAMMAD IQBAL and upon hearing Mr.Aslam Pervez Khan, Advocate for the applicant/accused and I.O/SI Masroor Baloch for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and SAJJAD ALI S/O MUHAMMAD IQBASL has stood surety for the accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused HAIDER S/O MUHAMMAD IQBAL from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
