Whereas this court has granted bail of accused namely Fida Hussain s/o Shah Muhammad Shahani, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (rupees thirty thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned Case and crime.
And whereas Shah Muhammad s/o Wali Muhammad Shahani appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named accused in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (rupees thirty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Fida Hussain s/o Shah Muhammad Shahani, from your jail, at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from them and send the same to this court for office record. The accused be directed to attend the investigation to face his trial in the above mentioned case and crime.
