Whereas, accused above named has been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, vide order dated 28.03.2024 passed in B.A No S-38/2024, whereby the above named applicant/accused has been admitted to bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and P.R. Bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case crime forthwith, if, he is not required in any other custody case/Crime by any Court of law. The P.R. bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith, same be returned after obtaining the signature/L.T.I of applicant/accused thereon to this Court for record. The applicant/accused be directed to appear before this Court on the date of hearing Viz 05.04.2024 at 08:30 to face his trial, without fail.
