SUBJECT:-    RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED 1-NADIR SON OF HAKIM BY CASTE JUNEJO 2-SHAH NAWAZ S/O SHAFI MOHAMMAD @ ALI MURAD BY CASTE ATTURANI JATOI IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO: 231/2024, REGARDING NADIR AND OTHERS VERSUS THE STATE UNDER SECTION: 324,353,401,399,PPC CRIME NO:24/2024, POLICE STATION: MADEJI.

                        Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused 1-NADIR SON OF HAKIM BY CASTE JUNEJO 2-SHAH NAWAZ S/O SHAFI MOHAMMAD @ ALI MURAD BY CASTE ATTURANI JATOI, and upon hearing Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Junejo, Advocate, counsel for the applicants/accused and ADPP on behalf of the state, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused person in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- in words ( Fifty Thousand rupees) each and  P.R bond in the like amount. The accused have furnished the required surety.

                        You are, therefore, directed/authorized to release, the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if they are not required by you in any other custody crime, after obtaining P.R bond from accused in the sum Rs: 50,000/- in words  (One Hundred Thousand rupees), each for appearing before this court on; 30.03.2024 at 08:30 AM.
