SUBJECT: RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED FIDA HUSSAIN S/O MORIRO MIRBAHAR CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.268/2024, RE- FIDA HUSSAIN MIRBAHAR VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.26/2024 POLICE STATION ROHRI, UNDER SECTION 401,353,324,34 PPC.
Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.
Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused FIDA HUSSAIN S/O MORIRO BY CASTE MIRBAHAR and upon hearing Mr. Nadeem Khan Lashari, Advocate for accused and Mr.Shuaib Ahmed Soomro ADPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Abid Hussain son of Muhammad Achar has stood surety for accused named above.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused FIDA HUSSAIN S/O MORIRO BY CASTE MIRBAHAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
