Whereas below named accused persons were convicted by the Court of Leaned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Shahdadkot under section 245(ii) Cr.P.C involved in Crime No.13/2023 for offence under section 337-F(v),F(i), 504,147 & 148-PPC of Police Station Sanjar Bhatti in connection with Cr. Case No.75/2023 Re-State Versus Khan Mohammad & others vide Judgment dated:09-03-2024.
And whereas the above named convicted accused persons filed Criminal Appeal bearing No.02/2024 Re-Khan Mohammad & others versus the State against the aforementioned Judgment along with another application under section 426 Cr.P.C.
And whereas, the same application under section 426 Cr.P.C was allowed by this Court vide order dated 02-04-2024 and sentence of above named accused has been suspended till the pendency of such appeal subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-each and such surety has been furnished on behalf of above named accused persons which was provisionally accepted.
You are, therefore hereby directed to release the above named accused persons forthwith in this case after proper verification if they are not required in any other custody case/crime and they shall be bound down to appear before this Court on 15-04-2024 at 08:00 am.
