SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED ANWAR ZAIB S/O ATAI KHAN IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.583/2024, (ANWAR ZAIB VS THE STATE)          CRIME NO.171/2023 OF P/STATION SITE, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 324 & 353 / 34 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ANWAR ZAIB S/O ATAI KHAN and upon hearing Mr.Nadeem Shaikh,Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) nd P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas mother of applicant/accused filed application for reduction of surety-ship amount which has been allowed and the surety-ship amount of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) is reduced to Rs.30,000/(thirty thousand) vide Order dated 22.3.2024 and the required surety has been furnished and         sHER mUHAMMAD S/O ATTAI KHAN has stood surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) for the applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ANWAR ZAIB S/O ATAI KHAN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the date of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
