Whereas this court has granted bail of accused namely Miandad s/o Muharram Gadehi & Allahdad s/o Muharram Gadehi, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:10,000/- (rupees ten thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned Case and crime.
And whereas Lal Bux s/o Rajib Gadehi appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named accused in the sum of Rs:10,000/- (rupees ten thousands) each total Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Miandad s/o Muharram Gadehi & Allahdad s/o Muharram Gadehi, from your jail, at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from them and send the same to this court for office record. The accused be directed to attend the investigation to face their trial in the above mentioned case and crime.
