One deponent namely Ishfaque Ahmed son of Mureed Ahmed by caste Korai r/o village Gulzar Korai taluka and District Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in some other case/crime with direction to appear before trial court on the date of hearing without fail.
