Whereas accused namely 1.Muhammad Akram s/o Muhammad Ramzan Gugej, 2.Sher Ali s/o Asghar Ali Kanju, 3.Shafaullah s/o Attaullah Samo, 4.Asbat s/o Muhammad Sajan Gurgej, whom you hold in your jail custody in the above mentioned case/crime and this court has granted bail of accused persons subject to furnishing surety in Rs.30,000/- each. The required surety has been furnished by the accused and Deponent namely Attaullah s/o Amanullah, by caste Samoo, r/o Mohalla Muslim colony, Taluka Daharki District Ghotki, has filed affidavit a/w Saving Certificates of Rs.30,000/- each, for standing surety of above named accused, which has provisionally been accepted by this court.
