Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused Muhammad Nawaz Son of Muhammad Murad Bakhrani, and upon hearing Mr. Muhammad Ali Memon Advocate, counsel for the accused and DDPP on behalf of the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused with solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- in words (fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
