Whereas, accused namely Shareef Muhammad son of Muhammad Zareef by caste Pathan, has been granted bail in the above case/crime, in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- (One Lac) only and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Deena Khan son of Karam Deen by caste Pathan, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your jail cus tody forthwith if, he is no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- (One Lac) only with directions him to appear before trial Court, without fail.
