Whereas, the above named accused applicant who was sent to your custody under the remand Letter by this Court, to face the pending trial U/s 337 Ai, Fi, 506/2 PPC. The bail application for releasing him on bail was filed by Mr. Abdul Waheed Sadhayo advocate and Mr. Tariq Hussain Thaheem, ADPP for the state counsel appearing on behalf of state, has passed the order to this Court, the order has been passed, and granted bail by this Court, to the above named applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 40,000/-( Forty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
