SUBJECT:-   RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED SAIFUDDIN SON OF JAFFAR BY CASTE NINDWANI, IN 1^st CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO: S-10/2024, REGARDING: SAIFUDDIN, OFFENCE UNDER SECTION: 302, 324, 364, 427, 148, 149-PPC CRIME NO: 04/2011, POLICE STATION: NAPARKOT.

                   Whereas, applicant/accused namely SAIFUDDIN SON OF JAFFAR BY CASTE NINDWANI preferred bail application before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, for grant bail post arrest, through his counsel Mr. Asif Ali Abdul Razzak Soomro Advocate, for the applicant/accused. The Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana granted bail to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- in wards (Five lac rupees), and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The said order also verified from Hon’able High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, vide letter No. 7879/LCC/Cr.B.A. No.S-10/2024, Larkana, dated 3^rd  April, 2024.

                   After receiving bail order and its confirmation such surety furnished by the applicant/accused to this Court, which is accepted by this Court.

                   You are, therefore, directed & authorized to release, the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody crime, after obtaining P.R bond from accused in the sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- in words (Five lac rupees), for appearing before this Court on: 17^th April, 2024, at 08:30 a.m.
