  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ABDUL RAZZAQUE S/O ABDUL SATTAR WARYAH and upon hearing Mr.Ghulam Nabi Shahani, Advocate for accused and Mr. Abdul Kareem Noonari D.P.P for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/- (Fifty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Eidan S/O Darya Khan Kandhro has stood surety for accused named above.

        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ABDUL RAZZAQUE S/O ABDUL SATTAR WARYAH from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousands) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
