Appeals No. D-37 & D-38 of 2022, Re:Rahazan Sabzoi v/s the State in which Honourable high court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has observed that the sentence inflacted to mentioned below accused in both cases is reduced to that of already undergone including sentence of fine amount and the term of impersment in default thereof vide Judgment Dated: 02.04.2024. The same Judgment has been recieved by this court today viz. 06.04.2024 throgh post.
