SUBJECT:       Release of accused in S.C No: 34/2021 Stave Vs Ghulam Ali & Ors U/S: 302 PPC Crime No: 10/2020 P.S Daim Malik.

                              Convict namely Ghulam Ali S/O Hazar Khan by caste Khoso is confined into prison for want of remaining Diyat amount about Rs.10,00,000/-. He moved application for deposit Diyat amount into installments. His application allowed, subject to furnish solvent surety in sum of Rs:10,00,000/- (Ten lac rupees) & P.R bond in the like amount to satisfacation of this Court vide order dated: 28.02.2024. The convict has furnished the required surety, which has been accepted by this Court.

                     You are therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named convict from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other case, after obtaining his P.R bond duly executed in the sum of Rs: 10,00,000/- (Ten lac rupees) with direction that he will deposit diayat amount in monthly installments at the rate of Rs.38,574/- per month, as already ordered vide judgment dated 23.11.2021, till realization of entire diyat amount, as already ordered.
