Whereas this court has granted bail of accused namely Rashid Ali s/o Meer Khan Jamali, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (rupees thirty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned Case and crime.
And whereas Zahid Ali s/o Qurban Ali Jamali appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named accused in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (rupees thirty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Rashid Ali s/o Meer Khan Jamali, from your jail, at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from him and send the same to this court for office record. The accused be directed to attend the investigation to face his trial in the above mentioned case and crime.
