Subject:           RELEASE WRIT.

                         WHEREAS, the below named accused person in the above noted case and crime is confined in your jail and facing trial before this Court.

                         AND WHEREAS, a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C was filed by the advocate on behalf of above named accused person before the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court, Hyderabad bearing Criminal Bail Application No. S-142/2024 for grant of bail after-arrest to the below named accused person in the above mentioned Sessions Case and crime number.

                         AND WHEREAS, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned APG, Sindh on behalf of the State, the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad has granted bail to the accused on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Thousand only) with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this (trial) Court and such letter received to this Court under endorsement No. Cr. Bail Application No. S-142 of 2024 No. 3591 Dated: 02.04.2024

                         AND WHEREAS, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of the below named accused in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Thousand only) with P. R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this (trial) Court.

                         You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below named accused forthwith, if, he is not required in any other case after obtaining P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Thousand only) for appearance before trial Court and continuous to appear as further directed to him and return this writ duly executed to this Court within 3 days after receipt whereof.
