  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused AFTAB  S/O NADIR HUSSAIN SHAIKH and upon hearing Mr.Noor Muhammad Memon, Advocate for accused and Mr.Shuaib Ahmed ADPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Altaf Ahmed son of Hussain Bux Shaikh has stood surety for accused named above.

        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused                 AFTAB S/O NADIR HUSSAIN SHAIKH from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
