Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused IMRAN ALI S/O GHULAM HUSSAIN and upon hearing Mr.Syed Shahzad Ali Shah, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Liaquat Ali Bhand, Advocate for complainant/HESCO, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(one lac) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and SALMAN ALI ABBASI S/O GHULAM HUSSAIN ABBASI has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused IMRAN ALI S/O GHULAM HUSSAIN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(one lac) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
