Whereas, accused namely Muhammad Waqas s/o Sadaqat Ali by caste Arain, has been granted bail in the above case/crime, in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- (Thrity thousands) only and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Waqar Ali s/o Sadaqat Ali by caste Rajput/Arain, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been accepted by this court.
