Subject:      CONVICTION WARRANT.

                    Whereas, this Court passed an order in the below mentioned case/crime dated:- 08^th April, 2024, wherein, accused persons namely, (1) Bilawal Zaib S/O Orangzaib Solangi, and (2) Fida Hussain S/O Khadim Hussain Abro are convicted U/A. 4 of P.E.H.O and each accused is sentenced for offence U/A. 4 for period of 02 months simple imprisonment, and each accused also fined with Rs. 1000/ on default to pay the fine amount shall undergo 15 days imprisonment in addition to the substantive punishment, however benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C are extended to accused and their earlier period of detention shall be counted in sentence awarded to them including in case of default in payment of fine out of their pre-judgment period is to be considered. The accused present after pronouncement of order obeyed to serve the imposed fine; by payment of the amount with office of this Court. Accused are produced in custody and remanded back with conviction warrant and slip to jail to serve out sentence awarded. (if remains outstanding)

                    This is to authorize and require you, to receive the said accused into your custody along with this conviction warrant and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution following the law.
