SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED AHMED S/O GHULAM QADIR, SELRO ABRO IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.538/2024, (AHMED SELRO ABRO VS THE STATE) CRIME NO.55/2024 OF P/STATION HATRI, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 23-1(a) OF SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused AHMED S/O GHULAM QADIR, SELRO ABRO and upon hearing Mr.Waheed Ali Suhag, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and GHULAM NABI S/O ATTA MUHAMMAD has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused AHMED S/O GHULAM QADIR, SELRO ABRO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the date of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
