Whereas, accused namely Rizwan Ali Shah s/o Raees Ali Shah by caste Syed whom you hold into your jail custody for offence punishable under above referred in above mentioned case/crime, who has been granted bail by this Court in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(One lac) and PR bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished and deponent namely Syed Ikhlaq Ali Shah s/o Syed Illyas Ali Shah, by caste Syed, stood surety for above named accused, which has been provisionally aecepted.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime, after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs:100,000/ (One lac) with directions him to appear before this court on 15.04.2024.
