Whereas, this court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Sajad @ Sajoo s/o Nazir by caste Kori in Criminal Bail Application No.04/2024 Re. Sajad @ Sajoo versus the state, for Offence U/S: 395 PPC bearing Crime No.59/2023 of Badeh P.S in the sum of Rs.50,000/- ( fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicants/accused which is accepted.
