Whereas, the above named applicants/accused who was sent to your custody under the remand warrant of the Learned Civil Judge-II & J.M Jacobabad, to face the pending trial Under Section 302,120-B,34 PPC before this Court presented an application for releasing them on bail in person and where Miss Shabana Karim Mengal Advocate and whereupon hearing Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Shah I/c DPP Jacobabad appearing on behalf of the state this court has ordered that the above named applicants/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/-each(One Lac only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the above named accused have furnished the required surety before this Court.
