  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SALAH-U-DDIN S/O DEEN MUHAMMAD INDHER and upon hearing Mr.Ali AKram Baloch, Advocate for accused and Mr.Abdul Karim Noonari ADPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Ali Raza Son of Muhammad Malook Indhar has stood surety for accused named above.

        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused                 SALAH-U-DDIN S/O DEEN MUHAMMAD INDHER from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
