WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused Rafique Ahmed @ Rafique S/O Lalo @ Ali Nawaz Chandio And Nizam @ Nizam-Ul-Din S/O Imdad Chandio, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:40,000/-each (Forty Thousand Rupees) with P.R bond in the like amount.
