SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED YAHYA SON OF GUHRAM KHAN BY CASTE BROHI, IN 1^ST CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO: S-745/2023, REGARDING: YAHYA BROHI V/S THE STATE UNDER SECTION: 302-337-A(i)-F(i)-114-147-148-PPC CRIME NO: 61/2023, POLICE STATION: KHANPUR.

                        Whereas applicant/accused namely Yahya Son Of Guhram Khan By Caste Brohi, preferred bail application before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, for grant bail after arrest, through his counsel Mr. Azhar Hussain Abbasi Advocate, for the applicant/accused. The Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana granted bail to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs: 300,000/- (in words Three Laces), and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The said order also verified from Hon’ble High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, vide letter No: 8187/LCC/Cr:B.A.No: S-745/2023. Larkana dated: 08-04-2024.

                        After receiving bail order and its confirmation such surety furnished by the applicant/accused to this court, which is accepted by this court.

                        You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody case/crime, after causing his P.R bond duly executed in the sum of Rs: 300,000/- (in words Three Laces), for appearing before this Court on: 20-04-2024, at 08:30 a.m.
