Subject: RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.
WHEREAS, the above named applicant/accused was remanded to your jail under the warrant by NILL committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing, this court ordered that the applicant/accused named-above be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this court and whereas the said applicant/accused has furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the applicant/accused named-above forthwith (unless he is no more required in any other case/crime) from your custody and after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and be executed for his appearance to trial court and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
