Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 08.04.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Mujahid son of Muzhar Ali Panhawar bearing Crl.B.A.No:19/2024 in Re- Mujahid Panhawar versus The State, for offence under sections 376 PPC bearing Crime No.99/2023 of P.S Waggan, in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two Lac) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
