Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 08.04.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Zamir Hussain son of Bashir Ahmed Mastoi bearing Crl.B.A.No:442/2024 in Re- Zamir Hussian Mastoi versus The State, for offence under sections 23(i)a SAA bearing Crime No.06/2024 of P.S Drigh, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Lac) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
