Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 08.04.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Sohrab son of Haji Deedar Ali Bhutto bearing Crl.B.A.No:459/2024 in Re- Sohrab Bhutto versus The State, for offence under sections 365-B, 458,34 PPC bearing Crime No.01/2024 of P.S Mahi Makool, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
