Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 08.04.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Aziz son of Ali Gohar Chandio bearing Crl.B.A.No:440/2024 in Re- Aziz Chandio versus The State, for offence under sections 23(i)a SAA bearing Crime No.24/2024 of P.S Waggan , in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
