SUBJECT: RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED SYED SAMAR SHAH S/O GULZAR SHAH SYED BY CASTE CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO. 667/2024, RE- SYED SAMAR SHAH VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.05/2024 POLICE STATION ANF SUKKUR, UNDER SECTION 6,9(1) 3(c) CNS AMENDMENT ACT 2022.
Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.
Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SYED SAMAR SHAH S/O GULZAR SHAH SYED BY CASTE and upon hearing Mr. Abdul Baqi Jan Kakar, Advocate for accused and Mr. Muhammad Farooque Jatoi S.P.P for ANF, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/- (Fifty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Mst Bibi Bakhtawar W/O Syed Gulzar Shah has stood surety for accused named above.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SYED SAMAR SHAH S/O GULZAR SHAH SYED BY CASTE from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousands) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
