Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.
Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MUHAMMAD ISMAIL S/O MUHAMMAD SHAREEF KHOSO and upon hearing Mr Achar Khan Gabole, Advocate for accused and Mr.Abdul Haleem Qureshi ADPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Muhammad Arshad Son of Muhammad Shareef Khoso has stood surety for accused named above.

You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MUHAMMAD ISMAIL S/O MUHAMMAD SHAREEF KHOSO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two Lac) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
