WHEREAS, the above named applicant/accused was remanded to your jail under the warrant of Court committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing learned advocate for accused and APG for the state Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur ordered that the applicant/accused namely above named be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court (this court) and whereas the said applicant/accused named above has /have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
