Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ZUBAIR AHMED S/O SABIR BY CASTE ABRO and upon hearing Mr Fiaz Muhammad Brohi, Advocate for accused and Mr.Abdul Haleem Qureshi ADPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Ruppes) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Irfan Ali Son of Mazhar Ali has stood surety for accused named above.
