Subject: RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.
Whereas, the above named accused remanded to your jail under the warrant of this court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Muhammad Afzal Solangi Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said applicant/accused named above his/have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are hereby required to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith (unless they/he/are/is liable to be detained for some other cause/cases) from your custody and after getting his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- to be executed for their/his appearance this court on 29-04-2024 at 8:30 a.m and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
